Your responsibilities

• Support daily Cash Management and COD operational activities.
• Investigate and resolve operational discrepancies and outstanding items.
• Cooperate with internal stakeholders, finance teams and external partners across different countries.
• Support balance sheet reconciliation and cash related controls.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow operational procedures.
• Contribute to process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned activities in line with service level expectations.

Our requirements

• Strong English and Good knowledge of Italian or Hebrew
• Previous experience in finance, accounting, customer service or operations is an advantage, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop in an international finance environment.
• Knowledge of Excel/MS Office.
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus.

We are looking for a motivated and detail oriented professional to join the Cash Management & Cash on Delivery (COD) team within the Fedex Business Center of Excellence.
